These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our ASADLIE e-commerce shop ("Shop") and your purchase of products or services from ASADLIE. Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Shop.

- We make every effort to ensure that the products and services we offer are of high quality and free from defects. However, we cannot guarantee that the products or services will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Term of Payment

- Payment for products or services must be made at the time of purchase through the available payment methods on our website.
- We reserve the right to change our pricing and payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Retention of Title

- All products remain our property until full payment has been received.

Guarantee
​
- ASADLIE guarantees to send products undamaged and as specified on the product page. Please refer to individual product listings for details.
- Packaging and boxes can be damaged during carrying which ASADLIE is not responsible for. (but the carrying company)
Terms of Delivery
​
- We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your products in a timely manner. Delivery times may vary based on your location and product availability.
- You will be provided with an estimated delivery date at the time of purchase. While we strive to meet these estimates, delays may occur, and we are not responsible for any such delays. Carrying company takes full responsibility for delivering products on time. ASADLIE will deliver your purchase within 1-3 working days to the carrying company.

Cancellation or Return
​
- Once an order is placed and payment is approved, you can no longer cancel the purchase. Instead, you can return your order once received. You can process a return by sending an email to info@asadlie.com.
- If you need to return a product, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
- We only accept returns if they are returned in their original condition, including labels & and packaging. Damaged and/or used items will be refused and returned.
- When processing the return, shipping with track and trace code is mandatory to qualify for a refund.
- International returns and exchanges are subject to the same terms and conditions as domestic returns and exchanges, but additional shipping costs may apply.

Domestic Shipping

- We offer domestic shipping within the Netherlands as well as in the European Union countries. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

International Shipping
​
- We ship internationally to the following countries: United States (USA); Canada (CA); Azerbaijan (AZ); United Arab Emirates (AE); United Kingdom (UK); Switzerland (CH); Norway (NO)
- Additional import charges may be applied by local regulations if the delivery address of purchased items is outside of the European Union. You will be informed by the shipping company about those additional charges.
- Additional delivery charges may be applied for International Shipping. You will see the final cost including the shipping fee at the checkout.

Incorrect Order

- If you receive an incorrect order or a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support by sending an email to info@asadlie.com within 14 days to request a replacement or refund.
